Keep track of which files have been modified and not saved since their coverage was collected

The covered files dialog box can only display asterisks next files that have been modified and saved since their coverage was collected (indicating to the user that the coverage may no longer be valid). However, if a user modifies a file and does not save it will appear without an asterisk in the covered files dialog box even though its coverage may no longer be valid.
