add more workshop labs #12

Based on the current repository structure, we should expand our workshop materials with additional labs to provide more comprehensive coverage of GitHub Copilot features and use cases.
Proposed Labs
Consider adding the following types of workshop labs:
- Advanced code refactoring scenarios
- More complex unit testing examples
- API integration examples
- Security best practices with Copilot
- Database interaction patterns
- More UI automation scenarios
Benefits
- Enhanced learning experience for workshop participants
- More comprehensive coverage of real-world use cases
- Better demonstration of Copilot's capabilities across different contexts
