New smooth stone pillar doesn't fit in build menu when all pieces are unlocked

When all Mistlands etc. build pieces are unlocked, the smooth stone pillar doesn't fit in the hammer menu.
Possible workaround: add to less populated submenu, like Misc

One possible solution involves a seperate "tab" for OCDheim.
