Add GitHub repository links to navigation and footer

Adds repository links at the top and bottom of all pages per issue requirements.

Changes

• Navigation: Added "GitHub" link to nav-right on all pages (before search bar on index, before back link on detail pages)
• Footer: Added "View on GitHub" link as new paragraph on all pages
• Styling: Added .github-link class with hover states and .nav-right flexbox layout (16px gap)
