Translate all 105 remaining content files to Brazilian Portuguese, completing the pt-BR locale with 112/112 content translations across all 11 categories: collections, concurrency, datetime, enterprise, errors, io, language, security, streams, strings, and tooling. Translation files contain only translatable text fields (title, oldApproach, modernApproach, summary, explanation, whyModernWins, support.description) per the i18n spec. Code fields are excluded.
