(Optional) Kube labels demo of switching labels to route to different pods

I know Michael has a good slide on showing how labels and label selectors route from service to pods... might be nice to augment this with a little hands on exercise to have them deploy the app with different environment variables to a new deployment and then use the labels to switch the service to the new pods.
