Fixes inconsistent indentation in stack sync output.

Before:

✓   Rebased onto origin/master
✓   Pushed to origin
  ✓ PR #29830 base is already correct (master)

After:

✓   Rebased onto origin/master
✓   Pushed to origin
✓   PR #29830 base is already correct (master)

The PR status lines now use the same format as the spinner success messages.
