License compability with GTCEu and Fluidlogged API

Hi

I added support for Fluidlogged API for GregTechCEu, and there was some talk in their Discord about license incompatibilities between your project and theirs, preventing some of your code to be added to their project.

Would you be fine for that PR to be merged (if it passes review)? Or should I close the PR?
