Once you get a kill, You enter a 7 second 'Bloodlust' mode!
This plugin is a WIP. Heres how it will work: Bob = Killer | Steve = Player being killed
Bob kills Steve. Bob will recieve a 7 second Strength 2 and Speed 2 effect!
