stability

For what it is, srv can handle quite a bit. I've had it successfully open, handle, and close 150,000 connections with no crashing or segmentation faults, etc. However, my multi-threaded test application occasionally makes it crash, and if I'm testing in a browser, especially with a file that is more than a few kilobytes, repeated rapid refreshes will sometimes make it crash as well.
