Rely on most recent dependencies because those are the versions that I use in my testing. Older versions of dependencies might work, but I test with most recent releases.

The developer documentation recommends either 2.516.3 or 2.528.3.
Testing done
Confirmed that automated tests pass on Linux. Rely on ci.jenkins.io for Windows tests. Will perform interactive tests after other changes are merged.
