Why @runner permissions?

Hey there, awesome plugin!

I'm trying work it into a larger project at the moment, everything is working out, but I stumbled across the following:
README.md#L172 suggests (at least to me), that the @runner permissions are necessary for 'the returner'. As I am a newbie to salt modules and their permissions, I thought about it beeing necessary for blockbuild: true to work correctly, aka to poll for the status of a running job. This does not seem to be the case.

Could someone clarify real quick?

Apologies for the delay. I somehow missed this issue.

As you stated, the runner permission at least used to be needed to get back the job status. Is this not the case for your environment?
