Accessing files added to xdelta3

This is more a request
Whenever a read me, filename mismatch, or something else is missing. It's impossible to use the files injected into xdelta3. The only way to make use of it would be to remove the file(s) that were added.  
Can we get a checkbox option to allow or not allow removal file(s) added during the creation process of the xdelta3?
