How to create the Daemon?

I can build and install hostapd, but I can't use hostapd as described in these docs -> https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/configuration/wireless/access-point.md

Can you provide any tutorial or a document on creating a hostapd service?
I can't create a hostapd service by compiling and installing this hostapd
