Create locally functional version for others to examine

• Remove reliance on Firebase authentication
• Export a sample MongoDB that can be installed by the user
• Update the README to include prerequisites and instructions for configuration outside of npm install
• Add a MongoDB schema to prevent inserting improperly formed data
• Consider migrating the entire project to TypeScript
