Parenthesis - didn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can't write left parenthesis in the PHP or HTML code. Using shortcut "SHIFT 
+ ("
2. Can't write "[" - it always open search dialog (using shortcut: ctrl+alt+F)
3. I am using czech keyboard, switching to END, doesn't help.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. - do nothing.
2. - opens search dialog.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
