Localization (W.I.P)

A new feature has been added to NX-Shell (Next) which allows the user to select a preferred language under settings. This feature however cannot be done by me as I am only an English speaker. Thus I'm asking the community to submit a pull request that can replace the strings for the respective languages. The strings that need to be replaced can be found here: https://github.com/joel16/NX-Shell/blob/next/source/language.cpp

The following languages still need localization support:

• Japanese
• English
• French
• German
• Italian
• Spanish
• Simplified Chinese
• Korean
• Dutch
• Portuguese
• Russian
• Traditional Chinese

After making your pull request and it's ready to be reviewed please remove the "TODO: " part of the comment above the specified language entry.
