Update to the build system to be less reliant on IntelliJ's native tools. (ie take full advantage of Gradle and use IntelliJ's import feature instead of creating an IntelliJ native project)
Will probably break dev-environments that are setup with the old method. It is even more simple to start from scratch than it was before though.
