Load prompts from URL?

Google sheet file URL

1. Insert google sheet link
2. App appends link with export csv feature
3. try to parse it to store as prompts to memory
4. use some kind of cell id to not import duplicates
5. manual import / update that fetches the url's content? auto fetch on load? -> seems like a bit much

would need an entire separate utility that fetches the csv from gsheets + host permissions & url link sharing on sheets.

worth exploring!
