Strip tags except tags specified.
credits from php.js

S('<p>just <b>some</b> text</p>').allowTags('<p>')
output:
<p>just some text</p>

Github won't let me automerge this. I could copy in the changes, but it won't show that you committed or you could rebase. Also, don't include the minified file. Then everything should be good! Thanks!
