Ignore existing files

Hi! First all, thanks for your work, the bot is great!
But doesn't ignore existing files.
It's not that bad, but maybe you can fix it.

PD: Perhaps you might consider adding slash commands.

1. Yes i will work upon ignoring existing files for sure. (ETA: mid april (cause exams right now))

2. Slash commands are definitely possible to add but personally i dont like them. But i will look into it
