Classified Scan Databanks for Ram Tah

So I don't think there's anything we can do about it, but here's the scenario:

1. Picked up about 32 of the Classified Scan Databanks for Ram Tah.
2. Docked and turned in 32 of the CSDs.
3. Took off.

There is nothing in the logs about me turning in those 32 CSDs:

so Picard is off. But, IIRC, when I deliver the other 18, Picard should be back on. I'll update the issue when I've finished the Ram Tah unlock.

Ugh... hopefully that will show up as "EngineerProgress" and we can use the existing solution for that.
