I'm on a mission to clean up the tests (#1404) and an annoying piece of style is the arbitrary whitespace in some of the tests. There's a lot of it too! 1300 lines!
If the tests are unreadable, we should break them into smaller tests. Not introduce blank lines arbitrarily or between every line.
