[FEAT] Show current frame index in animated image (WebP/GIF) progress bar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When previewing animated WebP or GIF, the progress bar only shows vague playback progress. There is no way to tell which specific frame is currently being displayed.

Describe the solution you'd like
Display the current frame index (e.g., " 5 / 20") on or near the progress bar, allowing users to locate and inspect individual frames.

Hi, the frame information is displayed in the "info panel lite." Please press the Tab key to view it.

Thanks, but I think it would be more intuitive to have it on the progress bar—for example, showing the frame number when dragging the progress bar, or displaying it when hovering the mouse over it.
Also, I usually use the "larger info panel" (the one with histogram), where the frame index isn’t shown. It only appears when you click the - in the top-right corner of the info panel to collapse it into lite mode. That’s a bit inconvenient.
