[BUG] Image is low quality

Describe the bug
When opening images via QuickView they displayed in low quiality/blured comparing to same image opened via Windows Photos.

Environment Information (CRITICAL)

• QuickView Version: v4.0.2
• OS Version: Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.7922
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
• GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060Ti (same on PC without GPU)
• RAM: 32GB
• Display: FullHD 100% Scale (same with 125% scale)

Image Information

• Format: JPG or PNG (at least what i tried)
• Resolution: Not big, around 1000-2000px.

Additional context
All seting that changing processing or displaying are defaults.
