Three changes
self._reset(reset=False). If "reset" is always true, thendef _reset(self, reset=True)can just becomedef _reset(self)self._decoder.get_next()may returnNone. See https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/blob/15e52290303008c0888dc17aab069edb5cff3a25/src/PIL/WebPImagePlugin.py#L128-L132. So I've added a change to handle that
