smartinput seems to break cabbrev expansion with <CR>

considering the following cabbrev:

cabbrev w!! w !sudo tee % >/dev/null

with smartinput enabled, pressing w!!<CR> doesn't trigger w !sudo tee % >/dev/null anymore

This still seems to be a problem in the latest version of the code. The issue seems to be related to smartinput#map_trigger_keys in command mode (command line mode was introduced in 6c5cf67...c5b1718). I would have looked further into this, but I'm not that experienced with Vimscript.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

By the way insert mode abbreviations are also broken.
