Mouse cursor is not automatically hidden if QW starts in full screen mode

Thanks for updating QW after a while!

There is one minor bug that's somewhat annoying: I have QW configured to automatically start in full screen. But in that case, the mouse cursor is not hidden automatically. I have to move the mouse slightly to make it disappear.

If I remember correctly, this bug was introduced in version 1.1.3 and still persists in 1.2.2. I'm attaching my quickviewer.ini so you can replicate it easier.

The full screen startup feature was left untested for a long time because I don't use it.
The source code has been fixed, so it will be reflected in the next release.
