nightly-diagnostics.Warn about usage of
#[autoimpl]on traits with methods bounded bySelf: Sized, with an opt-out feature:allow-trait-autoimpl-with-sized-fn-bound. This should be a configurable (default warn) lint, but proc-macros can't do that yet.
