This PR is simply to prove that my changes in
katehedgpeth/pretender/kate/export_full_typescauses no changes to the generated .js files in thedistfolder. The only change todistis some new typescript files.This branch includes the commit from
katehedgpeth/pretender/kate/export_full_types, but rebased over an intermediate branch where i removeddistfrom.gitignore. I then added an extra commit of the build files.
