Add ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION or ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION permission

Hi, 

Your demo need the GPS permission, otherwise It's not possible to scan the devices. you can check this info https://developer.android.com/about/versions/marshmallow/android-6.0-changes#behavior-hardware-id 

It would be nice if you could update your demo.
