Hey @TomAugspurger, this PR includes a version bump to
0.4.0as well as some minor clean up, namely creating / updating the developer docs.I have tested all of this locally and believe we are in good shape for a release. I just wanted to give you a heads up before doing so. If you have any feedback, comments or concerns, feel free to let me know :)
I will obviously also handle the release (probably on this coming Monday).
