Added an exception for when user tries to initiate a scroll search with a 'from' parameter. By adding this exception, the user will not be confused by their search since the current version simply ignores the 'from' parameter anyway.
Added a simple test case to make sure that the exception is working as intended. Also made a few minor changes to make the code more clear according to peer review
