Portrait videos render rotated incorrectly on desktop (rotation metadata not applied)

Platform:

Desktop (JVM) (macOS)

Behavior:

• Portrait videos render sideways
• Aspect ratio appears correct, but orientation is wrong

Expected:

• Rotation metadata (e.g. 90°) should be applied automatically so the video displays upright

Notes:

• This commonly occurs with videos recorded on phones where rotation is stored in metadata (e.g. rotate=90)
