Hello, and thanks for your work!
Based on what I see at https://developer.android.com/developer-verification, Google now states that the verification requirement will come into play only "in Brazil, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand", while the timeline for other countries is not out yet. It's four important countries for sure, but still only four countries. From the current text of the page, this is not clear. Maybe it's a good idea to add some clarification?
