Hello, I'm a 19 years old student from Taiwan, I've read the current zh-TW translate, and it's very difficult to understand, actually it's likely "Literary Chinese" but we don't use that in our daily communicate, I've re-translated a version based on zh-CN version, and improved localized words usage, after review I decided to send this PR to you, and hope you can merge it, thanks Keep Android Open!
