Ignore capitalisation and certain characters in artist credits #191

Streaming/download vendors aren't obligated to follow the MB style guidelines, so they'll capitalise artist names Like This, LIKE THIS, like this or even (God forbid) LikE tHiS. They also use the more common ', " and - characters instead of the ’, ” and ‐ ones that MB prefers. This creates unnecessary artist credits which later need correcting, such as Empire of the Sun as "Empire Of The Sun", it’s murph as "it's murph" and Anne‐Marie as "Anne-Marie" (spot the difference). Harmony should ignore minor differences like these in the artist credit.
