Tweaks for builds history command. Remove `validate builds-history` command and accommodate it in `validate builds` command with an additional switch i.e. `--history`. `validate` commands for builds and boots are specific to maestro atm. Move those commands under `maestro` command group. The new commands will be: `kci-dev maestro validate builds` and `kci-dev maestro validate boots`. Signed-off-by: Jeny Sadadia <jeny.sadadia@collabora.com>
