Hello,
I think this issue has been experienced by other users of the PCAtools package.
When running PCAtools:pca(), I am now getting the following error:
Error in matrixStats::colVars(x, rows = rows, cols = cols, na.rm = na.rm, : Argument 'useNames' must be either TRUE or FALSE
This doesn't happen in all my installations of the package. I have a workstation where this issue is not present.
I tried to install older versions of matrixStats, but this didn't solve the issue.
My question is whether someone found a workaround/solution for this? I am trying to reproduce some plots I am working on for a publication, and I'm stuck on this! :(
Also, is this package still being supported? I see that the last update has been a while back.
Cheers
