text after tag opening

Hi, nice stuff!

However I noticed that it fails to parse some common hamls:

%h1 Some title

or

%p
nice
%span Chicken Fried

[drdaeman]

I've made a simple patch which should made this kind of shortcuts possible. Except that it uses attr_value, so it should be %h1 'Some title'.
