feat: add type and executableUser to ProcessAction

Why

kintone REST API のプロセス管理設定において、アクションには type と executableUser パラメータが存在しますが、Java Clientでは未対応でした。これらのパラメータをサポートすることで、作業者以外も実行可能なアクション（SECONDARY type）の設定が可能になります。

What

• ProcessActionType enum を新規作成（PRIMARY / SECONDARY）
• ProcessExecutableUser クラスを新規作成（SECONDARY typeのアクションで実行可能なユーザーを指定）
• ProcessAction クラスに type と executableUser フィールドを追加
