Fling isn't working

Thanks for this project.

However, the scrolling behavior isn't smooth like a regular ScrollView and when I tried to used fling, it scrolls just a little and it didn't perform a fling. Then I tried setting the factor to 2.0 and it did work, but it's like a hit or miss.!

Can you please check this issue?
