pingsource-jobrunner has no ownerref

Describe the bug
pingsource-jobrunner gets created as needed by the eventing-operator but without a ownerref, this causes problems on uninstall of eventing as the pingsource-jobrunner deployment never gets cleaned up and is left around as an orphan crash loop forever.

Expected behavior
pingsource-jobrunner to get cleaned up on uninstall of knative eventing.

To Reproduce
Install knative
Create a pingsource
Delete a ping source
Uninstall knative

0.14.1
