proposal: change gcppubsub to cloud-pubsub or google-cloud-pubsub (or without dashes)

In similar projects in the ecosystem (like OSB or Service Catalog), we call it "[Google ]Cloud PubSub". The same convention is followed in client libraries of Google Cloud PubSub. There are a few reasons behind this, such as someday GCP word maybe deprecated, and branding.

Depending on this proposal, I'm also hoping to propose to rename K8sEvents to KubernetesEvents for verbosity and cleanliness of the API.

Thoughts?

We're currently in the process of rewriting all the implementations, which would be a good time to do this. I'm still very new to Knative and codebase, and I'm entirely unfamiliar with Eventing. So I probably can't do this. It'd be great if you consider the rename during the rewrite.
