e2e test for Apache Kafka CCP

Currently the code base lacks a e2e test for the Apache Kafka CCP, as mentioned by @grantr in #879

For this @syedriko is interested in working on that. Perhaps good to check with @yuzisun on this, to avoid double efforts

#772 added a flag to be able to switch the provisioner used. I then manually ran the existing e2e test against Kafka and it passed.
