Problem
The existing Subscription object restricts replies to go only to Channels. It should be allowed to go to any Addressable.

This came up on #917 where I am creating a Channel and a Subscription purely to make a reply go to a K8s Service.
Note: It was a conscious design choice to restrict replies in this way. I no longer remember the reasons why. We should be aware of what they were, if we decide to no longer follow that decision.
