In section:
"Install networking-certmanager deployment"
it says:
kubectl apply --filename https://github.com/knative/serving/releases/download/vv0.12.0/serving-cert-manager.yaml

Note the extra v in ...nload/vv0.12.0/serv...

Same goes for the section "Install networking-ns-cert component".

You can replace the url with https://github.com/knative/serving/releases/download/v0.12.0/serving-cert-manager.yaml
