Conformance/e2e tests configurable namespace

Expected Behavior

It should be possible to provide the namespace to use on the command line for the e2e tests, e.g. in the same was as the other test flags.

Actual Behavior

The namespace in the conformance tests is hardcoded to pizzaplanet and it is not possible to change it. Similarly the e2e tests use noodleburg.
