Create first release of OpenDDM

All preparations for release should be added to the branch release-0.1.0

• Check author list in CITATION.cff and .zenodo.json files
• Update documentation
• Update repository names
• Update the CHANGELOG.md to include changes made and set release date
• Let Zenodo track the GitHub release

• Merge release-0.1.0 with master
• Create release
• Add Zenodo badge with doi to README
• Add Zenodo doi to CITATION.cff
• Upload package to PyPI (first time manually)
• Generate API Key from PyPI and add in Setting/Secrets/Actions/ a new Repository Secret called PYPI_API_TOKEN with the PyPI API Key.
