USB Connection Problem

I have a Problem When I Connect the Usb Cable the usb icon appear on the mobile notification area but the pc doesn't recognize the phone i don't know why !!
also when i sliding down the notification area and try to tap the usb notification the usb transferring window appear for half a second and disappear immediately so i can't choose what happen with the usb connection

It's been known but it hasn't been here yet. The currently known workaround is using Auto Mount. Here's the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrtstudio.automount

it doesn't Solve any thing i downloaded the app an installed it on my phone and check on auto mount SD Card
and when i connect the usb Cable The PC Doesn't Recognize the phone and still cant access the usb Transfer Window
